RD Counselling is a multidisciplinary team supporting parents and individuals across New Brunswick. We specialize in perinatal mental health, parenting, infertility and loss, anxiety, eating disorders, and neurodivergent support.

We do this through a team of counsellors, a dietitian, and occupational therapy support. We believe care should feel human, grounded, and accessible, and our goal is to walk alongside you in whatever season you are in.
