Danny Chandra
Registered Occupational Therapist
Hi, I’m Danny!
I’m a Registered Occupational Therapist supporting adults ages 18 and older with the everyday impact of mental health challenges, ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, and executive functioning difficulties.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities, struggling to build routines that work for you, experiencing sensory overload, or looking to better understand your needs, I’m here to help. Together, we can find practical ways to make everyday life feel more manageable.
My Areas of Focus Include:
ADHD and autism in adults
Sensory processing and sensory overload
Emotional and sensory regulation
Executive functioning
Planning, organization, and time management
Building and maintaining daily routines
Managing the everyday impact of mental health challenges
Parent and caregiver support for adults caring for neurodivergent children and youth
Sensory assessments and individualized recommendations
I hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen’s University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Newfoundland. I am registered as an Occupational Therapist in New Brunswick.
Occupational therapy focuses on helping you participate in the activities that matter to you. This might include managing tasks at home, navigating work or school, caring for your family, or finding space for rest. We’ll explore how your needs, routines, and surroundings affect your day and identify strategies that fit your life.
My approach centres on understanding what works for you. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore the challenges you’re experiencing, and develop practical supports that honour your individual needs.
I look forward to connecting with you!
