Registered Social Worker

Hello! I’m Megen Gaudet, a Registered Social Worker with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers. I offer individual counselling for adults aged 19 and older, both in person in Fredericton and virtually across New Brunswick.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Allison University and a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Thomas University.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and person-centred. I am trained in EMDR and the Flash Technique and also draw from Internal Family Systems and Narrative Therapy. I work from Feminist and Structural perspectives, recognizing that our experiences are shaped by our personal histories and the larger social contexts in which we live.

I believe therapy should be collaborative and flexible. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
