Olivia Henley

Hi, I’m Olivia!
I’m a Licensed Counselling Therapist–Candidate who supports teens and adults aged 12 and older. I have extensive experience supporting youth, students, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges.
Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, a major life transition, or uncertainty about who you are and what you’re feeling, I’m here to help. You don’t have to go through it alone.
My Areas of Focus Include:
Anxiety and depression
Neurodivergence
Substance use
Relationship challenges
Post-secondary transitions
Identity exploration
Young adulthood
Stress and life transitions
I hold a Master of Education in Counselling from the University of New Brunswick and am registered as a Licensed Counselling Therapist–Candidate with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centred therapy. I combine practical tools for everyday life with space for deeper emotional work, always moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I provide a safe, inclusive, affirming, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is flexible and tailored to your individual needs, with specialized training in supporting neurodivergent clients.
I look forward to connecting with you!
