Rebekah Duval

Hi, I’m Rebekah Duval M.Ed., LCT-C, a therapist and founder of RD Counselling, offering in person counselling in Fredericton and virtual sessions across New Brunswick.

I am trained in EMDR, and my primary approaches are Internal Family Systems IFS and person centered therapy. My work is focused almost entirely on parenting, perinatal mental health, infertility, and pregnancy and infant loss. This is the heart of what I do and the population I serve.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Crandall University and a Master’s in Counselling from the University of New Brunswick. I am both a biological and adoptive mom, which deeply shapes how I understand the complexity, grief, beauty, and growth that can come with parenthood, including the parts that are painful and unseen.

I show up as me. I am not fancy or overly clinical. I believe therapy should feel human. I care deeply about breaking down barriers to therapy and creating a space where you can come exactly as you are messy, exhausted, grieving, unsure, hopeful, or all of it at once.
