Sarah Morrison

Hi, I’m Sarah Morrison, an Occupational Therapist with RD Counselling, offering in person services in Fredericton and virtual sessions across New Brunswick.

I support neurodivergent individuals and families who are navigating sensory overload, executive functioning challenges, parenting, life transitions, and perinatal mental health. My work is practical, strengths based, and neurodivergent affirming.

I provide tools for managing sensory needs, building predictable family routines, supporting neurodivergent parents, and adapting to new roles and seasons of life. I also offer sensory assessments for adults.

With over a decade of experience, my approach is solution focused and grounded in helping you better understand your sensory, emotional, and physical needs. I believe that insight paired with practical strategies can be life changing. My goal is to equip you with tools that help you move forward with confidence.
